We'll see if there are any breaks in the weather which allow me to get at least part if not all of the run done today, but as much as a solid run performance (or bike performance on Saturday) would give me lots of confidence going into the race, I won't be doing myself any good if I tear up my feet with blisters from wet shoes just ten days before the big race. I'm ready for the race. Achieving these last two workouts in good conditions would make me a little more ready, but I am nevertheless not going to do anything between now and then which would make me less ready.
I guess I'll just have to play it by ear and see what the weather does.
