Canada, Eh? (Part 1)

Over the weekend I drove up to Calgary to watch Alex (and other Missoula triathletes) race in the innaugural Ironman 70.3 Calgary. On the way up there - my first trip to Canada, by the way - I drove through Glacier National Park, which was absolutely stunning.

I'll limit this post to pictures of the drive (and only a small number of the pictures I took). Pictures from the race will follow in another post. Enjoy!

Out of the park now, about to cross into Canada:
On both sides of the road, for as far as the eye could see, the plains were covered in these flowers. They were masses of small yellow buds, but given a greenish tint from the stalks behind them. They just glowed.
